I like the color as well. This cord was cheap and works perfectly from the router to my computer.

Not ugly at all. The cable has an oddly nice feeling plastic and the red is half a step from classic fire-engine red to give it a nice pleasing dusky hue. B/c that's what you're looking for in your cable, I'm sure - aesthetic beauty. Extremely prompt delivery and well-packaged by vendor. As other reviewers note, it functions flawlessly in its intended role.
